e die applications, and automated high-volume production. Its closed-frame gantry structure provides superior rigidity, minimal deflection, and stable high-precision performance during continuous operation.
Key Technical Features
Symmetrical Gantry Frame: Closed-type straight side steel frame eliminates the open-throat deflection issues commonly found in C-frame presses, drastically improving die life.
Synchronized Drive: Double crankshaft synchronized drive ensures beautifully balanced load distribution across the slide even under heavy eccentric loads.
High-Torque Clutch System: Pneumatic clutch and brake system designed for reliable operation, low maintenance, low noise, and an exceptionally long service life conforming to JIS Class I precision standards.
